PUKO Deep Sleep + Recovery

Okay so I've tried a LOT of sleep supplements over the past two years ?melatonin made me feel like a zombie, other magnesium supplements upset my stomach. This one is genuinely different. The form of magnesium absorbs way better and I don't get any of the GI issues I had before. I take it about 30 mins before bed and I actually feel tired when I lie down instead of just laying there scrolling for an hour. My sleep tracker shows deeper sleep cycles too. It's become part of my nightly routine for sure.

Honestly didn't expect much but wow. Been sleeping through the night for the first time in years. No groggy feeling in the morning either? That was my biggest concern. Already on my second bottle.

I was skeptical about sleep supplements in general but my wife kept pushing me to try something. Picked up PUKO after reading about the magnesium glycinate dosage? That stuff actually matters and most brands underdose it. Three weeks in and I'm falling asleep way faster and staying asleep longer. My Whoop recovery scores went from the low 40s to consistently mid-70s. Solid product.

Sleep is noticeably better, wake up feeling rested. Took about a week to really kick in but now I notice on days I forget to take it. Good stuff.

My nutritionist recommended looking into magnesium glycinate for sleep and I ended up going with PUKO. No proprietary blends hiding the dosages? I appreciate that transparency. Been using it for about 6 weeks and my sleep quality has noticeably improved. I wake up feeling like I actually slept instead of just laying there all night.
