Return & Refund Policy

 

1. Overview

PUKO Nutrition is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process as described below.

2. Return Eligibility

• Return window: You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplement products cannot be accepted for return unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.
• Proof of purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
• Non-returnable items: Opened dietary supplements, items marked as final sale, and free promotional items are not eligible for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email our customer support team at daniel@pukonutrition.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the item(s) to our return address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as PUKO Nutrition is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

5. Refund Process

• Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
• Partial refunds: We reserve the right to issue a partial refund for items returned damaged, with missing components, or not in their original condition.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us at daniel@pukonutrition.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
