Common questions

Is guarana the same as caffeine?

Guarana is a plant whose seeds contain natural caffeine, but that caffeine binds to plant fiber and releases more slowly than caffeine anhydrous, the synthetic form in most energy pills. PUKO Focus + Drive uses 200 mg of guarana extract for that slower curve.†

Does Focus + Drive replace coffee?

You can keep your morning cup. Focus + Drive is built for the afternoon stretch where the extra cups usually come in, so you stop at one or two instead of four.

What dose of phosphatidylserine is in Focus + Drive?

Each serving contains 60 mg of phosphatidylserine, printed on the front of the label. Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid found in brain cell membranes and has been studied in human trials for focus under mental load.†

Why is there no melatonin in the PUKO sleep line?

PUKO sleep formulas use magnesium glycinate, tart cherry, and ashwagandha instead of melatonin, so winding down at night does not cost you a clear morning.†
