Saffron
Botanical extract
Deep Sleep + Recovery contains 40 mg of saffron extract per serving. Results from other extracts and doses should not be transferred directly to this formula.
Ashwagandha (KSM-66)
Branded botanical extract
Unwind + Sleep contains 200 mg of KSM-66 ashwagandha extract per serving. Trials of particular preparations and doses did not test this formula.
Tart cherry (Montmorency)
Fruit powder
The cited sleep study used tart cherry juice concentrate. Deep Sleep + Recovery uses tart cherry powder, so the preparations and results are not interchangeable.
Magnesium glycinate
Mineral source
Both sleep formulas provide magnesium as magnesium glycinate chelate. Sleep trial findings are mixed; ingredient research does not establish either formula's effects.
