Shipping Policy

1. Overview

Thank you for shopping with PUKO Nutrition. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

 

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

3. Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your destination.

North America:
Total estimated delivery time is typically 3–5 business days from the order date, including order processing and shipping transit. Remote areas require 7–12 business days.

Europe, Australia, and Asia:
Total estimated delivery time is typically 8–15 business days from the order date, including order processing and shipping transit.

South America and Remote Areas:
Delivery to South America, remote regions, islands, rural addresses, or areas with limited carrier coverage may take longer than 15 business days. In some cases, delivery may take up to one month or longer due to local carrier handling, customs processing, or destination-specific delays.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, local holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship via major carriers, which may include:

Carrier selection is made at our discretion based on your delivery address and order details.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the confirmation email for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

 

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

 

7. International Shipping Notice

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or local delivery procedures.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs processing and local delivery procedures may affect final delivery time and are outside of PUKO Nutrition’s control.

 

8. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. PUKO Nutrition is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Damaged in Transit:
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

 

9. Carrier Delays

Delivery time estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. PUKO Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs processing, carrier capacity, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
